MedAI is a fully digital platform. We provide educational services and digital goods, including case credits and Pro subscriptions, directly through our website at diagmbbs.com. As such, we do not ship or deliver any physical products.

2. Service Delivery

All our services and products are delivered electronically to your MedAI account. The delivery is initiated immediately after a successful payment transaction.

  • Credit Bundles: When you purchase a credit bundle, the credits are automatically and instantly added to your account balance. You can verify this by checking the credit counter on your dashboard.
  • Pro Subscriptions: Upon successful subscription payment, your account is immediately upgraded to "Pro" status. You will instantly gain access to all premium features and your monthly credit allowance will be applied to your account.

3. Confirmation of Delivery

You will receive an email confirmation from our payment processor, Razorpay, for every successful transaction. Additionally, the changes to your account (updated credit balance or Pro status) serve as confirmation of delivery.

4. No Shipping Costs

As our services are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or handling fees associated with any of your purchases.
