Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your "Pro Subscription" at any time. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Pro features and your monthly credit allowance until the end of the billing period.

To cancel your subscription, please navigate to your account settings or contact our support team at getintouch@diagmbbs.com.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, we have a strict no-refund policy.

  • Pro Subscriptions: Payments for monthly Pro Subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
  • Credit Bundles: All purchases of "Credit Bundles" are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Exceptions for Technical Issues

In the rare event that you experience a technical issue that prevents the delivery of your purchased credits or the activation of your Pro Subscription after a successful payment, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if a verifiable fault is found on our end, we will ensure the service is delivered correctly to your account.
